School timings are as follows:
Pre-primary section: 9.00 am to 1.00pm
Primary, Middle and Secondary sections: 8.00 am to 3.00 pm

Pre-Nursery 2+ years as on 31st March 2015

Q18. When can we plan a visit?

You are most welcome to visit the school anytime between Monday to Firday and have an informal discussion with or without your child. This can be done by fixing prior appointment with the Admission counsellor through email at info@vsrcs.com or telephone +91 8554998844/ 33.

Q19. Do you have hostel facility?

No, we do not have hostel facility.

Q20.What are the documents required at the time of admission?

The following documents must be accompanied at the time of admission.
a. Attested copy of Child’s Birth Certificate.
b. Parent’s Residence proof.
c. 4 Passport size photographs of the child.

Note:
All documents need to be duly completed, signed and filled in block letters, before submission. Any incomplete documents may lead to delay in the Admission procedure and increase the risk of not gaining a seat. Additionally, once all the details are organised, please deliver them to the Admissions Office.

Q21.Do you have canteen facility?

Yes, we offer lunch and breakfast to class I to X, Nashta is offered to Pre-primary class.
Monthly meal plan is designed by Nutritionist Ms KanikaKadakia as per the dietary requirement of the children.

Q22. Does the school have medical facility available on campus?

Yes, we have medical facility, there will be a separate infirmary with first – aid facility and an in-house nurse and direct contact with a nearby hospital.

Q23. Is your school a CBSE school?

We are a CBSE school and follow the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) pattern for the overall assessment of the child.

Q24. What is the assessment pattern?

We follow CCE /FAs / SAs/Project Work as a part of ongoing assessment of every child. A sound evaluation and assessment system has been designed to form an integral part of day-to-day learning and can be implemented during the normal course of teaching learning process to maximise students’ learning. Learning milestones are a healthy blend of both formative and summative components of assessment. In order to cater to individual learning potential, three levels of worksheets – Must, could and should are planned. The assessment report provided is appreciative and motivating rather than critical. It also includes timely feedback with remedial measures.

i.We have a specially designed curriculum mapped to the requirement of National Curriculum Framework 2005/CBSE guidelines and the NCERT Syllabus.

We ensure that sports and co-curricular activities are introduced based on the age-group of the children. CCA is a part of daily curriculum.

Our school hires qualified teachers with good communicative skills. Further they undergo training: CCE training, to be able to use the smart boards and computers as tool to effective teaching Pedagogy training: To keep them abreast with the latest in the field of education.
